Spread over three levels and conveniently accessible by elevator or stairs, these are elegant suites designed to offer the ultimate in comfort and style. Each unit enjoys extreme brightness and features a cozy living area, a comfortable sleeping area, a private bathroom and a large furnished balcony for relaxing moments, with a fully equipped laundry corner.
The apartments are equipped with Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, hot/cold air conditioning, and everything you need to ensure an ideal, functional year-round vacation. Our staff offers attentive and high-quality service.

We stayed for 5 nights in one of the ultra-modern apartments in this facility. The apartment had a large balcony and all amenities, such as: comfortable bed, dishwasher, washing machine, towels, air conditioners, soaps, slippers, flat screen TV, wi-fi, cookware and kitchenette with induction stove. Upon arrival we also found a bottle of water, jams, cookies and rusks for breakfast. The apartment is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars; also, you have to walk a short distance to the beach (there are stairs to climb). The staff was friendly: Ignazio welcomed us nicely and recommended activities to do (snorkeling at Capo Vaticano and the mini cruise of the Aeolian Islands). We will return😊

Fantastic apartment, like the whole facility. Spacious, bright, modern spaces, excellent quality materials. Very comfortable bed, double choice of pillows. Fantastic shower with chromotherapy. Ideal location to walk to downtown and beaches. Room perfectly soundproofed and air conditioned. Last but not least, Ignazio, who makes you feel at home with confidentiality and extreme kindness, nice and available for everything! Thank you!!! We will be back!

Location close to the historic center, reachable on foot in about 10'. Modern apartments equipped with every comfort, soundproof, parking in the facility. Elevator to reach the apartment floor. Availability and courtesy of the host Ignazio. In the period chosen for the stay the car allowed to reach the beaches without difficulty and to find parking without tolls.

It was a pleasure for us to return to the Bizantini from Mr. Ignazio always very kind and professional. Our apartment consisted of two large separate rooms plus bathroom and livable balcony. The kitchen dinette is very well equipped and also furnished with a comfortable sofa. Very clean and cozy apartment. In the immediate vicinity also excellent bakery, pizzeria, delicatessen and supermarket. More cannot be asked for. Easy to get to, just outside the ZTL.
