Read these Terms carefully and those displayed during the booking process.

Tourist tax: the tourist tax, corresponding to € 1.50 per person from 12 years of age, calculated for a maximum of 15 consecutive nights, must be paid directly at the facility. 

Facility Rules:
Check-in is allowed from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. You must notify the property in advance of your arrival time.

For special needs, always contact the property and wait for confirmation of availability.

Guests must show valid photo identification and a credit card at check-in.

Check-out is by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Check-in and check-out: guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times established by the property so that rooms can be cleaned and prepared for subsequent guests.

It is absolutely not permissible to show up in greater numbers than those indicated at the time of booking and present in the booking confirmation. Excess persons, if exceeding the stated capacity of the apartment, will not be accommodated in any way.
It is strictly forbidden to host family members or friends or other persons not properly registered.

Access to the facility will be denied if there is a contradiction between the information provided at the time of booking/confirmation and that of the guest. The facility will expel the guest in the absence of identity documents, for non-payment in full of the balance of the stay or in the following cases: replacement and/or increase in the number of people during the stay not previously agreed upon; in any other case in which the guest's stay at the facility would be a source of serious harm e.g. use of drugs or alcoholic beverages, repeated rowdiness, quarrels with other guests, offenses of other kinds. In the event of removal, the guest will not be entitled to any refund of amounts already paid, which will be retained by the facility as compensation

Conditions for children:
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children 4 years and older will pay as much as adults at this facility.
From 0-3 years old, the cost is 10€/day and includes crib (subject to availability).
Please indicate at the time of booking the age of the children when checking in.
Guests under the age of 18 may check in only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Damage Policy:
If any damage is done to the property during your stay, you will be charged for the amount of damage incurred by the property. This means that if you or one of the people traveling with you loses or damages something, you must first inform the management promptly. An assessment of the damage and an estimate of the compensation provided by the facility will be made. In case of a dispute, the Service Provider may initiate a legal claim.

Therefore: Do not damage the Facility (the accommodation) and its furniture, fixtures, electronics and other equipment, and leave the furniture in the same state as you found it. If any of the equipment breaks, is damaged, or is lost, notify the Facility staff (as soon as possible and in any case before check-out).

Ensure the safety of the Facility and its amenities during your stay. For example, do not leave doors or windows open in your absence, always lock your door, and use the safe for valuables.
Be careful with electrical and electronic devices and the overheating of them, especially in the stove area. Do not use stoves or electrical equipment not provided by the facility.

Report malfunctions in the apartment within 24 hours of arrival and any items missing from the equipment listed in each apartment.

Management is not responsible for valuables and items left in the parking lot and apartments, nor is it responsible for any damage to cars left in street parking lots.

Remember to separate waste collection by using the appropriate containers and upon departure, deposit the bags in the designated area.

Terms of Cancellation:
Depending on the terms of the Reservation, you may be able to change or cancel it if you wish.

Please enter your contact information correctly so that we can send you information about your reservation and contact you if necessary.

Standard (Flexible) Rate: Guests may change or cancel their reservation at no additional cost within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date. However, if cancellation occurs beyond that time period, they will be charged 100% of the total cost of the reservation as a cancellation fee.

Non-Refundable Rate: The non-refundable rate provides for immediate payment of the full cost of the stay at the time of booking, and cannot be changed or cancelled. The rate charges 100% of the total price of the stay and provides no refund.

By making a reservation at our accommodation, you accept and agree to the accommodation's cancellation and no-show policy and any additional rules or conditions of the accommodation. In the event of a No-Show there is a 100% payment of the reservation amount.

Byzantine Stylish Apartment is not available for bachelorette/bachelorette parties or similar. Noisy parties or events are not allowed, to ensure guests' peace of mind and respect for the rules of coexistence.

Pets not allowed: Pets are not allowed inside the facility to ensure cleanliness, avoid allergies or to maintain a welcoming environment for all guests.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited within the apartments, the entire facility and common areas to ensure a healthy and smoke-free environment. Appropriate outdoor spaces may be designated for smokers.

Quiet hours: after 10 p.m., silence is requested to be maintained to avoid disturbing other guests who wish to rest.

Safety rules: guests are expected to follow established safety rules, such as the proper use of electrical systems, fire protection devices and equipment in the facility. Respect for the environment, other guests and staff is essential.
